FAQ

  • Do you do a beginner’s course?
    Classes are open to all levels from the complete beginner to the more advanced artist. All students work on their own paintings so there is no pressure to keep pace with other students. An environment which contains all level of painters benefits all painters.
  • What happens if I can’t make a class?
    If for some reason you are unable to attend the class, you can make up the missed class in an alternative class subject to a space being available.
  • Do you include art materials
    No, however don’t worry if you do not have any art materials. For your first class just turn up and you are welcome to use the studios materials. At the end of the class, you will be given a material list for what you need for the following week.
  • What mediums to you teach?
    Primarily most students are working in oils, however I teach oils, acrylics, watercolours & drawing. There are a number of students who frequently switch between different medium’s.
  • What do I need to bring?
    All you need to bring is yourself, your art supplies (if you have them) and a canvas. All cleaning equipment & and a full size easel are provided.
